Our Covid-19 Response
- We care deeply about the safety of all our guests, members and employees, and are following the guidance and advice from the Public Health Agency of Canada, the World Health Organization, and the Centre for Disease Control.
- We have strict cleaning and sanitization protocols in place. For common spaces, we have planned traffic flows to reduce congestion and encouraging everyone to adhere to social distancing rules and practice consistent and thorough hand washing.
- We are mandating guests and members to self-isolate and thus refrain from visiting our locations if they are experiencing any symptoms of a cold or flu, or if they have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days. We are asking all of our guests and members and landlords to notify us immediately if they become aware of any individual in the building who may have been exposed to, or is confirmed positive for, COVID-19.

We are located in the heart of the arena district, in the hub of cafes, restaurants and LRT and bus transit stops. You can have your downtown corner office without the downtown lease rates.
